A well-established and highly regarded Northwest law firm is seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its growing team. The Role
You will manage your own varied caseload of clinical negligence matters, acting on behalf of claimants in cases involving NHS trusts, private healthcare providers, consultants, and GPs. The successful candidate will join a friendly and experienced team with strong administrative and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of clinical negligence files from inception through to resolution
- Advising and supporting clients throughout the litigation process
- Handling claims against NHS bodies, private consultants, and GP practices
- Maintaining excellent client care and communication standards
- Working collaboratively within a supportive legal team
- Utilising case management systems to maintain accurate records and progress matters efficiently
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE
- Strong clinical negligence and litigation experience
- Ability to independently manage a caseload
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident IT and keyboard skills
- Experience using Proclaim Case Management System would be advantageous
