Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical leadership, mentorship, and strategic guidance to the team. You willcollaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive the design, development, and testing of cutting-edge RF systems and components, ensuring their optimal performance and reliability. Responsibilities for the role of RF Team Leader will include: Lead and manage an initial team of 6 engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture. Oversee the design, development, and testing of RF systems and components, ensuring compliance with industry standards and requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define RF system architectures and specifications for new products and features. Conduct in-depth analyses, simulations, and troubleshooting of RF systems, identifying and resolving technical challenges. Drive continuous improvement efforts to optimize RF performance, reliability, and efficiency. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in RF technologies and industry trends, actively researching and evaluating new tools and techniques. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and knowledge sharing within the team. As the selected RF Team Leader, your experience should include: Minimum of 10 years of professional experience designing RF systems Proven track record of leading and managing teams of RF engineers. Strong expertise in RF design, analysis, and testing. In-depth knowledge of RF systems, components, and measurement techniques. Experience with RF simulation tools (e.g., Keysight ADS, CST Microwave Studio) and CAD software (e.g., Altium, Cadence). Familiarity with wireless communication protocols (e.g., LTE, 5G) and RF test equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex RF issues. Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field.
