What this role is all about:
As a People Administrator at Vitality, youll play a key role in delivering an exceptional employee experience. Youll ensure our People systems are accurate and up to date, and youll produce essential HR documentation such as contracts, and letters for changes in job title, working hours, or salary.
Youll be the first point of contact for employees, providing clear and friendly support to resolve their HR Administration queries. For more complex matters, youll work closely with our HR Advisors and HR Business Partners to ensure every employee receives the right guidance and support.
Your attention to detail and commitment to great service will help us maintain a positive and efficient HR function that supports our people and our business.
