The key responsibilities of a Distribution Coordinator:
* Ensure ownership of all your customer relationships.
* Keep internal relations including suppliers and drivers.
* Provide each customer with a high level of customer service by listening to the customers’ needs and providing a level of care and attention deserved to our clients.
* Collaborate within the team to clarify orders, facts and run smoothly
* Taking and scheduling orders
* Administering the allocation of products, repairs, charging, receipts and despatch
* Liaising with service engineers
* Ensuring contracts are in place
* Responding to customer queries and price requests
The minimum requirements for a Distribution Coordinator:
* Strong customer service and administration experience - ideally shipping / distribution experience
* Great with IT and new systems
* Confident personality and exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
* Able to multi-task efficiently
The ideal candidate for Distribution Coordinator:
* Experience with SAP would be advantageous
* Committed and reliable
* Easy to get along with
* High attention to detail with a positive 'can do' attitude
* Enjoy a team-based environment
