Job OverviewWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a busy legal team based in the Dungannon area.This role requires strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for supporting solicitors with day-to-day administrative and secretarial duties, including document preparation, case management, and client liaison.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, revise, and proofread legal documents and correspondenceManage and maintain accurate case files (both electronic and paper-based)Coordinate diaries, including court dates, meetings, and client appointmentsAct as a first point of contact for clients, handling calls and enquiries professionallyPrepare and submit court documents in line with required deadlines and proceduresDraft routine correspondence including emails, letters, and memosProvide general administrative support including filing, scanning, photocopying, and ordering suppliesEnsure all confidential information is handled appropriately and securelyRequirementsMinimum of 5 GCSEs (including Maths and English, Grade C or above)At least 2 years experience in a Legal Secretary or Office Administration roleStrong organisational and communication skillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlinesSkills:Strong organisational and communication skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasksWHJS1_NI
