Location: Kingswells Care Home
Duration: Permanent, Part Time
This post is within Kingswells Care Home, covering general assistant tasks as required. Experience essential.
2 week rolling rota, working every second weekend. Shifts times 0730-1500, 24.5 hours per week. Week 1: Monday/Tuesday/Saturday/Sunday. Week 2: Wednesday/Thursday/Friday.
Requirements
* Experience of general assistant support in a customer focused environment
Responsibilities
* Ability to communicate effectively with service users, staff and carers
* Ability to carry out a range of general assistant tasks in public, kitchen and laundry areas
* Ability to lift and move objects safely
* Ability to work on own initiative and as a member of a team
* Reporting of any health and safety hazards or issues
