Contract Paralegal / Contract Manager 3 Month Contract Inhouse Contract Paralegal / Contract Manager is required to join an inhouse organisation based in London for a 3 month contract. Hybrid working for this role. As the Contract Paralegal / Contract Manager, you will be supporting with a Contract migration project which will be moving contracts from a contract database to a new software system. Contract Paralegal Duties include; Working as part of a project team and responsible for migrating contracts from one system to another Reviewing dates of contracts and flagging any contracts which have expired or need renewing Inputting contracts as required under the new project plan Assisting with populating key words to assist with horizon scanning on the new contract software As the Contract Paralegal, you will have; Ideally experience of Commercial Contracts or working in a legal team with IT experience Availability to start at the end of January due to project demands For more information, please contact Chelsey at Sellick Partnership for more information.
