Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Enfield location. The Customer Relationship Management Executive will focus on managing relationships with dental practices, improving customer retention, and driving customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with clients to enhance their experience, analyzing customer data, and ensuring effective communication to address inquiries and feedback. The role also involves supporting sales efforts related to client needs and maintaining continuous collaboration for service improvement.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Customer Retention and Customer Experience management to ensure outstanding service delivery and client satisfaction.
Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess trends, and recommend actionable insights for improving customer relationships.
Excellent Communication skills to build trust, address client concerns, and ensure effective collaboration.
Experience in Sales and a results-driven approach to support client growth and service offerings.
Past experience in dental or healthcare industries is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
