This role demands reps to be strategic, sales-focused, operationally diligent, and relationship-based. Carrier Reps at TransLoop play a vital role in identifying opportunities and developing strong relationships with service providers.
What You’ll Do
1. Develop new and grow existing carrier relationships – lead generation, referrals, and prospective
2. Maintain constant contact with carriers
3. Identify opportunities to improve service offerings, value proposition, and sales cadence
4. Leverage our leading tech platform
5. Provide exceptional customer service every day
What You’ll Need
* Relevant supply chain, sales, or customer service experience
* Logistics experience preferred, but not required
* Proven track record of high performance
* Strong writing and speaking skills
* Ability to make high volumes of outbound calls to prospective carriers
* Solution-oriented attitude and enthusiasm to approach each day
* Represent TransLoop at a high standard in every interaction
