What You’ll Be Doing

* Gain exposure to the full software lifecycle, from planning and design to release and maintenance.
* Write clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code with the guidance of experienced mentors.
* Participate in team ceremonies and discussions, learning how delivery and business goals align.
What We’re Looking For
* A foundation in one or more programming languages (e.g. Java, C#, JavaScript, or Python).
* An understanding of software development fundamentals, from problem‑solving and debugging to version control and testing.
* Curiosity, adaptability, and a genuine interest in continuous learning.
* Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the confidence to ask questions and seek feedback.
