The Role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Account Manager to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to begin a successful career in sales and account management within the IT and telecoms sector. Full training will be provided to help you succeed in this role, with clear pathways for progression.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and develop client relationships
* Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable IT and telecom solutions
* Work towards ambitious sales targets and contribute to business growth
* Engage in outbound calls and follow-ups to generate leads and sales opportunities
* Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
* Help manage customer accounts, including handling inquiries and providing support
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in our CRM system
