Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Duties
* Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food production, preparation, and presentation.
* Develop and design seasonal menus that reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences.
* Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure high performance and adherence to standards.
* Maintain strict food safety protocols and hygiene standards in compliance with health regulations.
* Collaborate with management to manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs.
* Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth among kitchen staff.
* Ensure the kitchen operates efficiently during service periods, coordinating with front-of-house staff for seamless service delivery.
* Monitor the quality of dishes before they reach the customer, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
Experience
* Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
* Strong supervisory experience with a focus on team management and development.
* Extensive culinary experience with a solid background in food preparation and cooking techniques.
* In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
* Experience in menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
