Graduate Pricing Implementation Analyst

We have an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate with a strong technical foundation and a passion for data. RAC is offering the opportunity to join our Pricing & Value team as a Pricing Implementation Analyst. This is an entry point into the world of pricing strategy, where you’ll play a key role in implementing pricing changes that support our acquisition and retention goals.
You’ll work closely with the team across proposition, digital, testing, and implementation teams — learning how pricing decisions shape customer journeys and commercial outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to build a career in a fast-paced, data-led environment.
Location: Bradley Stoke office with hybrid working options. Salary and benefits are described below.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Learn to implement and test pricing changes that directly impact customer experience
* Support impact analysis and pricing-related activities with guidance from experienced team members
* Collaborate with acquisition and retention teams to resolve pricing queries
* Gain hands-on experience in testing and validating pricing changes
* Occasionally support price changes during night hours (ad hoc)
* Assist in producing competitive monitoring and partner MI reports
* Contribute to pricing models and data analysis that drive strategic decisions
What You’ll Be Doing (continued)
* Support the implementation of pricing changes and marketing offers across systems
* Assist with impact analysis and pricing-related activities
* Work with acquisition and retention teams to resolve pricing queries
* Follow established procedures and support testing of pricing changes
* Contribute to ad hoc tasks including payment processes and night-time implementations
* Help produce competitive monitoring and partner MI reports
What You’ll Bring
* A numerate or IT-related degree with strong technical aptitude
* Advanced Excel skills and a keen eye for detail
* A proactive, organised, and collaborative mindset
* Strong communication skills and willingness to learn from others
* Desirable: knowledge of SQL or Python (not essential; we’ll help you grow!)
* A genuine interest in data, pricing, and commercial strategy
