Role: Business Services Office Assistant
Contract: 1 month contract (potential per hour (paid via an umbrella company)
Location: Sevenoaks - office based role (5 days per week)
Requirements: Must have a driving license
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain stock levels for office supplies
2. Assist in coordinating vehicle fleet repairs
3. Deliver supplies to various office locations across Kent
4. Perform basic administrative tasks using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
5. Carry out general housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and organized environment
6. Provide support with parking-related enquiries
7. Assist Receptionist and Facilities team as needed
