CPI are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior HR Business Partner to work closely with senior leaders and influence our people strategy. In this high‑impact role, you’ll lead key HR initiatives, drive organisational change, and help build a high‑performing, inclusive culture.

1. Partner with Directors and senior leaders to deliver HR strategies aligned with business goals.
2. Lead organisational design, change programmes, and company‑wide HR projects.
3. Shape talent, leadership development, and workforce planning
4. Coach and mentor HR Advisors.
5. Use HR data to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
6. Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations and investigations.
7. Ensure policies and practices are legally compliant and reflect best practice.
The person we are seeking
You will be influential, collaborative, commercially minded and confident working with senior stakeholders. You thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and love leading meaningful change.
Essential:
8. Significant senior-level HR experience with strong business acumen.
9. Excellent knowledge of employment law and organisational change.
10. Proven experience leading HR initiatives and strategic projects.
11. Strong analytical skills and confident use of HR systems and data.
12. Degree‑level education and Chartered CIPD status (or equivalent).
