My client, an award-winning, international Law Firm working with some of the world’s leading businesses, is currently recruiting a Senior L&D Advisor on a 12-month FTC basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an L&D Advisor to take the next step in their career.

The Senior L&D Advisor will report directly to the Head of L&D and will be heavily involved in designing and delivering blended learning methods across the firm. Key responsibilities include:
1. Help develop and implement the firm’s learning and development strategy, with a focus on E-Learning and online sessions due to current circumstances.
2. Support the L&D Advisors in running planned sessions for Business Services and Lawyers.
3. Liaise with speakers and review all training sessions.
4. Assist the Head of L&D in creating professional skills courses, delivering internal training, and performing ad-hoc duties.
5. Develop the coaching strategy across the business and manage coaching logistics, including relationship matching.
6. Manage communications with lawyers to ensure their training is up-to-date and maintain qualification spreadsheets.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role within a Law Firm or Professional Services environment, with a strong track record in designing and delivering blended learning materials. They should be client-focused, credible with senior staff, experienced in negotiation and influencing, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Building strong relationships and maintaining a positive attitude are essential.
