Production & Quality Accurately batch concrete to approved systems, processes and technical standards. Maintain constant communication with the Production Manager to ensure adequate stock levels and material availability. Conduct visual inspections of raw materials, reconcile stock weekly, and submit daily/weekly/month-end stock reports. Customer Service & Communication Handle customer enquiries professionally and courteously, maintaining a high company image. Support production planning and scheduling to meet customer needs. Liaise with contractors, office teams and other partners to ensure high-quality output and service delivery. Plant Operations & Maintenance Operate the batching plant effectively Conduct and oversee routine plant maintenance, ensuring equipment, buildings and surrounding areas are clean and compliant. Report defects or issues that may affect health & safety, environmental compliance, product quality or service. Teamwork & Site Management Maintain strong working relationships with third parties and contractors. Protect site security at all times. Seek guidance from the Production Manager or Project Lead for matters outside the role’s authority. Carry out additional duties as required. Why Join us?
