Compliance Coordinator

£26,950 - £30,855 per annum
We’re looking for a motivated and organised Compliance Coordinator to join our Asset Management Team within Property Services. This role supports the efficient planning and scheduling of landlord compliance-related works, ensuring internal teams and contractors deliver timely, compliant services across NCHA.
You’ll diagnose issues, raise work orders, coordinate resources, and maintain service excellence within service level agreement targets. You’ll also support managers in delivering statutory and regulatory compliance programmes, maintain accurate records and assist with performance reporting and risk management.

We’re seeking someone with:
* Experience in planning or administrative roles, ideally in property or maintenance.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Good IT skills and a willingness to learn our systems.
* A calm, problem-solving approach and ability to manage a varied workload.
* A commitment to NCHA’s CLEAR values and inclusive service delivery.
Interviews will be taking place at our head office based in Clifton on 14th October.
