Job Description
The HR Projects Advisor will be responsible for:
3. Supporting and managing HR projects across Europe, including benefits platform roll outs, data audits, and system updates.
4. Working with teams across Reward, Talent, L&D, Employee Engagement to roll out various projects, as well as external vendors.
5. Using tools like SuccessFactors and UKG to support data integrity, reporting, and compliance.
6. Coordinating cyclical HR activities such as end-of-year reviews and performance processes.
7. Helping translate global HR initiatives into locally relevant actions across different countries.
8. Maintaining training manuals, project trackers, and internal documentation.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Projects Advisor should have:
9. HR Project Management experience
10. A strong understanding of Excel and HR Systems
11. Ability to present information and discuss questions around your findings
12. Confidence in working with senior stakeholders
13. An understanding of cultural nuances
14. Ability to work with data and use this to tell a story
