Salary
£50,000 - £70,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Responsibilities
* Manage a varied caseload of dispute resolution and civil litigation matters from instruction through to resolution.
* Provide clear and practical legal advice to clients on a range of contentious matters.
* Handle matters including contractual disputes, property disputes, debt recovery, professional negligence, and general commercial litigation.
* Draft legal documents, correspondence, and court pleadings.
Qualifications
* Qualified solicitor in England and Wales (ideally with 4+ years PQE; candidates with relevant experience will be considered).
* Proven experience managing a dispute resolution or civil litigation caseload.
* Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment.
* A proactive approach to client service and case management.
