Lead with Impact : As Senior Surveyor, you will manage a team ofsurveyors, driving performance, mentoring, and sharing your expertise to deliver exceptional service. Handle Complex Cases : Lead oncomplex repairs,disrepair claims, anddamp & mouldissues, from the initial report through to final resolution. Leading and managing a team ofsurveyors, overseeing the assessment and delivery of repairs. Handlingcomplex and high-priority repairs, includingdamp & mould issuesanddisrepair claims, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and professionally. Providing expert advice and guidance throughout the repair process, from initial reports to final resolution. Supporting your teams development through mentoring and performance reviews, ensuring top-tier service delivery. Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and legal teams to resolve claims and building defects. What Were Looking For
Ideally RICS Chartered Surveyor(or equivalent) withextensive experienceinresponsive repairsandbuilding pathology. Proven leadership and team management experience
youll be leading a team to achieve operational excellence. A comprehensive understanding ofdamp & mouldissues,disrepair claims, andbuilding defects. The ability to handle challenging cases and provide expert solutions. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with both customers, inhouse delivery team and contractors. Experience usingCRM, Housing Management and Contractor (desirable).
