You can work both independently and as part of a team, supervising and mentoring social workers effectively. What the Job Involves The role involves reading and assessing referrals received by the local authority to determine necessary actions, guiding and advising social workers, and conducting regular reviews with management oversight. You will participate in and organize Strategy and other meetings, liaising with partner agencies. Additionally, you must possess a sound understanding of thresholds for Care and Support and Child Protection, with specific knowledge regarding Wrexham's prevention services. The role requires attendance in the office three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for two days.
