Thanks to our continued growth, we are looking for a motivated, detail-driven Junior Project Manager / Estimator to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional results for our clients.
The Role
As a Junior Project Manager / Estimator, you'll work closely with our Commercial Manager, supporting projects from pre-construction through to completion. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in both project management and estimating within a supportive, hands-on environment.

* Support procurement of materials and subcontracted services while monitoring costs
* Help manage site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication
* Contribute to maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency across all projects
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Confident, organised, and eager to learn — you don't need years of experience, just a passion for construction and a willingness to get involved
* Interested in construction, joinery, or project management
* Keen to develop their skills and grow within a successful and expanding company
Essential Skills & Attributes
* Strong attention to detail with a pragmatic, problem-solving mindset
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Proficient in IT (Excel, Word, email)
* SSSTS / SMSTS certification – preferred but not essential
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the early stages of their career to gain valuable hands-on experience, develop key industry skills, and progress within a growing business.
