Marketing Executive (12-Month FTC – Maternity Cover)
Location: Altrincham, WA14 5UW (office-based initially, then hybrid: 2 days office / 3 WFH)
Contract: 12-month fixed term (Maternity Cover) with the potential to progress into permanent position
Hours: Full-time, Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00
Salary: £27-30k DOE
Start date: January 2026
We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to join our growing team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave – with genuine potential for longer-term progression as our team expands.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, hands-on Marketer to take full ownership of our social media channels, manage campaigns, and support exciting projects, including the launch of a new website and refreshed email campaigns.
What you’ll be doing:
* Plan, create, and schedule content for social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
* Develop, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.
* Monitor and report on performance metrics for social media and email campaigns, suggesting improvements based on analytics.
* Assist with content creation for blogs, website updates, and other marketing materials.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all communications.
* Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
What we’re looking for:
* At least 1 year of experience in a professional marketing role.
* Proven experience managing and creating content for social media channels.
* Confident using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a professional environment.
* Experience with email marketing is highly desirable.
* Creative, hands-on, and confident taking ownership of your work.
* Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced team.
