Role Overview
The Office Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and professional operation of the NNB office environment. This position provides comprehensive office management, administrative coordination, and executive support to senior leadership and wider teams. As a central point of contact across multiple functions, the role is vital in maintaining operational continuity, supporting business delivery, and enabling senior leadership to focus on strategic priorities. The Office Manager ensures that facilities, systems, and processes run smoothly, while also driving organisation, consistency, and high standards across all administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day office operations, including parcels, supplies and general upkeep
* Maintain and build relationships with office suppliers (e.g. Toolstation, Concierge, MEH)
* Support facilities management activities to ensure a functional and well‑maintained workspace
* Manage ICT equipment orders and maintains oversight of office technology requirements
* Act as the primary point of contact for ICT procurement across MEH, Special Projects, and SZC teams
* Ensure timely provision and tracking of equipment to support operational needs
* Provide dedicated executive‑level support to Senior Leadership Team members (e.g. MC, GD, KW, DM, RC)
* Coordinate schedules, meetings, and key activities, ensuring effective time management and prioritisation
* Support the preparation of materials, reports and communications as required
* Plan, coordinate, and support the delivery of internal and external events
* Manage and monitor associated budgets, ensuring cost‑effective delivery
* Provide high‑quality administrative support across the business
* Produce reports and manage information sharing as required
* Maintain and manage the NNB SharePoint, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information
* Coordinate hotel bookings and overseas travel arrangements via ATPI for Overhead, MEH and Specialist projects as requested
Skills & Experience Required
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
* Proven experience in office management, administration or executive support roles
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy
* Proactive and solution‑focused approach, with the ability to work independently
* Experience managing suppliers and external relationships
* Competency in Microsoft Office tools and systems such as SharePoint, and reporting platforms
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
