Your Role
In this dynamic position, you’ll:
* Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles.
* Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks to keep operations smooth.
* Create an environment where your colleagues can thrive alongside you.
* Manage store operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
* Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management.
* Deliver the best customer experience every time they visit your store.
