Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Family Court Advisor for its client. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement and requires travel across Bristol, South Gloucestershire, North Somerset, Gloucestershire & BANES.
What will your responsibilities be?
As a CAFCASS Family Court Advisor, you will:
1. Safeguard and promote the welfare of children involved in family court proceedings.
2. Provide independent social work advice and recommendations to the court.
3. Prepare high-quality case analyses and written reports for hearings.
4. Work on cases after the first hearing within public law proceedings.
5. Balance remote working with attendance at your local CAFCASS office for team meetings and development days.
6. Travel across the region as required.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
12. At least 3 years’ post-qualified experience as a Children’s Social Worker.
13. Strong frontline statutory experience.
14. Demonstrable court experience with confidence in giving evidence.
15. Knowledge and practice within public law, particularly after the first hearing.
16. Current SWE registration and eligibility to work in the UK.
17. Flexibility to travel across the region when required.
