Sodexo – Wellington College, Dukes Ride, Crowthorne, Berkshire, RG45 7PU, United Kingdom. We are seeking a Hospitality Delivery Driver to join our team. This role involves delivery and collection of supplies to boarding houses and function venues, delivering exceptional service within a prestigious environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Responsible for the timely delivery and collection of food supplies and hardware to various locations within the college grounds
* Assist in the preparation of hot and cold beverages for delivery to various locations across site
* Maintain the company van both internally and externally, including completion of van checklists in line with Health and Safety requirements
* Act as banksman when required and in line with Health and Safety and Manual Handling regulations
* Manually handle all waste including recyclable products
* Understand and comply with statutory health, hygiene and safety, quality standards, including COSHH and HACCP, ensuring tasks are carried out in accordance with policy and the law
* Maintain a high standard of dress and personal hygiene
* Attend meetings and training sessions as required
* Report incidents of accident, fire, theft, loss or damage and take appropriate action
* Carry out any reasonable request from management within the scope of the job
* Promote a friendly and safe working relationship with colleagues
What You’ll Bring
* Previous experience in a similar role/hospitality/food delivery
* Full UK Driver's Licence
* Adaptable and flexible with working patterns when required
* Reliable, discreet and able to maintain confidentiality
* Problem solving skills and self-motivation
* Stay calm under pressure; ability to set high standards and continuous improvement
* Ability to act on own initiative and work well as part of a team
* Flexible approach to role; physically active
* Flexible working hours and positive mental outlook
