As a Senior Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
1. Acting as Nurse in Charge and occasionally deputising for the clinic manager.
2. Providing mentorship to the team, empowering fellow nurses and staff to share knowledge and skills.
3. Taking ownership of care programs for renal patients, including performing patient assessments throughout treatment.
4. Ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient-centred care at all times.
5. Preparing and monitoring dialysis machines and systems, adhering to company processes.
6. Reviewing pre and post-haemodialysis care with patients.
7. Participating in quality and service improvement programs.
