* Experience in handyman roles, including lock changing and door repairs
* Handyman or multi-trade skills recognised and demonstrated
* Ability to work independently with a proactive approach
* Own tools preferred, but not essential
* Valid UK driving licence, with own transport preferred
* Clean DBS check or willing to undergo one
