We are seeking a dedicated Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care to our residents. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering compassionate support.
Must have:
- Care work experience to a senior level.
- Meds trained
- Care qualifications and training.
- Enhanced DBS.
- References.
Responsibilities:
* 1 2 1 Care
* Assist residents with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, and eating
* Support residents with mobility and physical activities
* Maintain accurate care records and assist in the development of care plans
* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team
* Provide emotional support to residents and promote their independence
* Assist in the organisation of recreational activities for residents
Qualifications:
* 1 2 1 care experience.
* Previous experience in a healthcare or home care setting is desirable.
* Ability to create and implement care plans effectively.
* Excellent communication skills to interact with residents, families, and colleagues.
* Familiarity with working in a care home environment.
* Fluency in the English language.
Providing care: 2 years (required)
NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred)
