This is a senior leadership opportunity responsible for overseeing payroll operations across the EMEA region, driving compliance, operational excellence, and payroll transformation initiatives within a multinational environment
The Role
As Payroll Manager (EMEA), you will lead and develop a payroll function supporting multiple countries, ensuring accurate, compliant and efficient payroll delivery while driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
7. Lead and manage a payroll team of 16 across EMEA

8. Oversee end-to-end payroll operations across designated EMEA countries
9. Partner with HR to ensure seamless payroll data integration
10. Drive payroll transformation and regional consolidation initiatives

11. Manage stakeholder and vendor relationships
12. Lead process improvement and change management initiatives
13. Ensure full compliance with regional payroll legislation
Essential Criteria
14. Bachelor's degree
15. 7-10 years' EMEA payroll management experience within a multinational organisation
16. Experience managing shared services or remote payroll teams
17. Proven track record in payroll transformation and process improvement
18. Strong stakeholder management and leadership capability
