Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our in-house digital marketing team at Everlast, supporting both the UK and US markets. You will play a key role in executing and optimising multi-channel performance marketing strategies across Affiliates, Paid Social, and PPC to drive growth and brand visibility.
This is a unique opportunity to work with a well-established brand within the fitness and lifestyle sector, managing performance marketing campaigns from strategy through to execution, analysis, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Affiliates: Manage and optimise affiliate marketing campaigns to drive revenue across UK and US markets. Develop relationships with affiliate partners, leverage data insights, monitor performance, and identify new opportunities.
* Paid Social: Develop and manage paid social strategies on Meta & TikTok. Analyse campaign performance, create engaging content, and collaborate with internal and external teams.
* PPC: Plan and optimise PPC campaigns on Google Ads & Bing. Manage campaign performance, conduct keyword research, and stay updated on platform trends.
* Performance Analysis: Track and report on performance using analytics tools like GA4, Power BI, and others to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in digital and performance marketing, especially in Affiliates, Paid Social, and PPC.
* Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and affiliate platforms.
* Data-driven, results-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
* Proactive, detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple campaigns.
* Interest in the fitness and lifestyle sector is a plus.
