Based in Birmingham with the flexibility of hybrid working, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service through phone calls, live chat, email, and more.

Your Role
As a Customer Care Specialist, you will:

* Engage with exhibitors to resolve enquiries and deliver outstanding service through every interaction.
* Be a key point of contact, handling inbound and outbound calls, live chat, emails, and more.
* Manage exhibitor orders, process payments, and address any related queries.
* Identify opportunities for up-selling and soft-selling to existing clients, contributing to our sales goals.
* Document every interaction and task swiftly in our CRM system.
* Maintain personal and team KPI targets, ensuring top-tier performance.

Who You Are
We’re looking for a talented individual who:

* Thrives on clear communication and building strong relationships.
* Is detail-oriented and adept at time management.
* Has experience with Microsoft Office and working in a customer-centric role.
* Takes pride in owning customer relationships and delivering results.
