We're on the lookout for a dynamic Business Support Manager! Picture yourself overseeing our talented group of administration assistants across Scotland. Together, you'll support our frontline teams, handling data entry, meetings, reporting, internal communications and collecting user feedback. You'll be the right-hand person to our Director for Scotland providing expert project and administrative support. For over years, the Red Cross has stood with the NHS making a difference and providing vital support to vulnerable individuals. What do we need from a Business Support Manager?
A capable and responsive business support team is integral to our ambitious growth plans and the development of new services. As well as providing great leadership you will work closely with our Director to help maximise productivity. As we work towards reducing health inequalities, you'll collaborate with frontline teams and managers, contributing to our humanitarian mission. Together, we help shape the future of health and social care.
What do we do?
We collaborate with health and social care providers to offer transformative support. We ensure safe discharges from hospital and provide support at home, building resilience in order to prevent readmission. We offer regulated care, patient transport and support on 'hospital at home’. But that’s not all - we’re constantly innovating and in many areas we’re leading the way, such as with our high intensity use programme and discharge to assess service.
