Role Overview
The ePMO Governance Manager is responsible for setting, maintaining, and evolving programme and project management standards and governance frameworks to ensure delivery excellence across the organisation's change portfolio. This role provides assurance, oversight, and support to project teams and stakeholders, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain governance frameworks aligned with professional standards.
* Advise stakeholders and project teams on governance best practices.
* Support capability development through training and upskilling initiatives.
* Lead governance reviews and identify lessons learned for continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with teams to ensure standards alignment and framework evolution.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Experience within an ePMO in a matrix organisation.
* Strong stakeholder management skills.
* Knowledge of governance frameworks and delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid).
* Ability to drive adoption of new frameworks.
* Desirable: MSP, MoP, PRINCE2 / APMP, P3O certifications.
