Support Worker – The Role: As a Support Worker, you will work both independently and as part of a team to support our members in their day-to-day lives. This includes promoting independent living skills, supporting meaningful employment and social opportunities, and providing tailored personal care. You will work closely with other departments such as Employment and Education, and play a key role in helping members reach their full potential.
