Project Manager required for a roof replacement project in the Surrey / Berkshire area. The Project Manager will be overseeing roof replacement on commercial project. The Project Manager will ideally come from a main contracting background with SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS, with experience of roofing projects. The Project Manager will ideally have worked on roofing replacement projects in the past. The Project Manager duties will be but not limited to client liaison, technical oversight, overseeing trades / subcontractors, dealing with health and safety, tool box talks and necessary paperwork. A ble to carry out all the pre-construction admin such as producing a Programme of Works, CPHSPs, RAMS, liaise with the client and all steak-holders (suppliers and sub-contractors) ahead of commencement in all aspects of the project. Also, someone who has been involved with Building Control and is fully conversant with the requirements of Building Control.
