Job Description
1. Develop comprehensive test plans, documentation, test software, hardware, and reporting deliverables.
2. Manage and oversee electrical and environmental test execution, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
3. Design and implement custom test fixtures, equipment, and operating procedures to support program needs.
4. Perform and supervise vibration, shock, thermal, altitude, power, and RF testing as required.
5. Analyze test data, troubleshoot failures, and lead root‑cause and corrective‑action initiatives.
6. Partner closely with RF, Manufacturing, Mechanical, and Quality Engineering teams to resolve technical challenges.
7. Lead internal reviews of test plans and reports, ensuring clarity, compliance, and technical accuracy.
8. Drive improvements in yield, test coverage, execution efficiency, and long‑term reliability.

The Successful Applicant
9. 5+ years of technical engineering experience in a relevant discipline
10. Experience developing or executing test procedures in environmental, electrical, or RF‑related areas.
11. Ability to work independently while mentoring junior engineers or technicians.
12. Strong analytical skills and experience diagnosing test failures or hardware issues.
13. Eligibility to obtain necessary export control licenses (ITAR/EAR compliance required).
