Overview: We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager on behalf of our client, a leading national housebuilder. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established team on a large-scale housing project based in Carmarthen. Key Responsibilities: * Support the Site Manager in overseeing day-to-day site operations * Ensure that health and safety standards are met at all times * Coordinate and manage subcontractors and trades on site * Monitor site progress against programme targets * Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship * Ensure compliance with NHBC standards and Building Regulations * Conduct regular site inspections and liaise with the site team to resolve any issues Requirements: * SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) – essential * First Aid at Work – essential * Previous experience working on residential housing developments * Excellent communication and leadership skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure * Full UK driving licence What’s on Offer: * The opportunity to work with a high-profile housebuilding client * Long-term project with real career progression potential If you're an experienced Assistant Site Manager looking to develop your career with a respected client in the residential sector, we’d love to hear from you
