Responsibilities
* Lead strategic commercial growth across Lending (Property Data, Surveying, and Financial Services) and Energy (Retrofit and Net Zero Solutions) segments.
* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify, qualify and close major pipeline opportunities, focusing on high‑value, long‑term contracts.
* Own the annual revenue and go‑get targets, implementing rigorous forecasting and performance management to exceed targets.
* Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, and Finance teams to align commercial efforts with business objectives and market demand.
* Provide commercial input to P&L management, pricing strategies, and budget allocation for growth initiatives.
* Lead, mentor and develop a small, high‑performing sales and marketing team, fostering accountability and commercial excellence.
* Coordinate all sales activities with marketing initiatives to create a seamless demand generation engine.
* Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary tools, market intelligence, product knowledge and sales collateral tailored to Cotality’s data‑driven solutions.
* Act as sponsor and lead negotiator for strategic accounts and complex enterprise deals.
* Maintain an expert understanding of UK property, energy efficiency and retrofit markets, including policy changes, competitive landscape and client needs.
* Represent Cotality UK at industry events, conferences and executive‑level client meetings.
Qualifications
* Minimum 8+ years in senior commercial roles, with at least 3 years managing a sales and/or marketing team in the UK.
* Demonstrable success selling complex B2B data, SaaS or highly technical service solutions within UK Property, Financial Services or Energy/Decarbonisation sectors.
* Proven ability to build a strategic pipeline, negotiate and close high-value, multi‑year enterprise contracts (£1M+ TCV).
* Extensive experience managing multi‑million‑pound revenue targets and strong understanding of sales forecasting, pipeline management and key commercial metrics.
Education
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related quantitative field.

* Inspirational leadership and ability to motivate, coach and develop a small, integrated sales and marketing team.
* Exceptional ability to coordinate activities across sales, marketing and product development to deliver a unified go‑to‑market strategy.
Strategic & Analytical
* Data‑driven decision making with strong analytical mindset, using data and market intelligence.
* Visionary thinking to anticipate market shifts in UK energy and retrofit space.
Communication & Influence
* Executive communication and negotiation mastery to present complex technical solutions and commercial proposals to C‑level executives and external stakeholders.
