You'll manage the reservation system, coordinate guest flow throughout service, and work closely with the management and service teams to ensure smooth operations. You'll also train, support, and motivate the reception team to deliver a warm, professional, and seamless guest experience. Your role requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. Requirements & Skills: Previous experience as a Head Receptionist or Senior Host/Hostess in a fast-paced, high-quality restaurant Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Proven leadership and team management abilities Passion for the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional service Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively Fluent English (other languages are a plus!)
