Job Description
The Role
As Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll be the person helping the restaurant run smoothly and making sure the energy on the floor is exactly where it should be.
You’ll:
* Lead the front-of-house team during service
* Create a warm, relaxed and welcoming experience for guests
* Support and motivate the team so everyone delivers great hospitality
* Bring energy to pre-service briefings and keep the team aligned
* Help guests navigate the menu and nutrition concept
* Work closely with the manager to keep operations organised and running smoothly
* In short — you’ll help turn a good lunch service into a great restaurant experience.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
We’re not just looking for someone who can run a shift.
We’re looking for someone who loves hospitality and enjoys leading a team.
You might currently be:
* A restaurant supervisor
* A hotel F&B supervisor
* A café manager or team leader
* Or someone ready to step up into their next leadership role
