Our client, a creative and dynamic Design agency based in Manchester’s Northern Quarter, is seeking a proactive Coordinator to support their Sales and Marketing teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking, sustainably minded agency and play a visible role in supporting a fun, high-achieving team.
Responsibilities
* Supporting the Business Development team with CRM management and tender responses.
* Preparing proposals, bids, and internal reports.
* Managing contract administration, ensuring processes are accurate and compliant.
* Tracking projects and monitoring timelines and deadlines.
* Assisting with marketing events and conferences.
* Acting as a key contact for PR agencies, graphic designers, and consultants.
Essentials (Qualifications)
* Proven experience in a coordination or business support role.
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
* Tech-savvy and confident using CRM systems.
* Detail-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
* Strong communication skills with a collaborative approach.
* Experience in a design or creative environment is advantageous.
Details
Location: Manchester (Northern Quarter) – 3 days in the office, 2 WFH (post-probation)
Contract: Permanent, full time
