We are recruiting a Senior Consultant to join our team, supporting a key client account within a highly service‑driven workforce environment.
This is a delivery‑led, contract‑focused role centered on service excellence, stakeholder relationship management, compliance, and identifying opportunities to land and expand within existing client environments.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within an MSP, RPO, or service‑led recruitment model, and will be comfortable operating as a trusted partner to both clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery, operating at a super‑user level across systems, processes, and client engagement.
Delivery & Administration
Act as a super user on the Vendor Management System (VMS), providing expert support and resolving ad hoc queries for onsite and delivery consultants
Manage incoming work requests in line with SLAs and established procedures
Verify new starter details, ensuring rates, contracts, and (where relevant) PES documentation are accurately completed
Support system training and troubleshooting for new starters, managers, and internal users
Administer contractor renewals, extensions, and terminations
Manage contractor disengagements via monthly leavers reporting
Track and report timesheet compliance, producing missing timesheet reports and supporting SLA performance
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date data across all recruitment and workforce systemsClient & Stakeholder Engagement
Build and maintain strong working relationships with client hiring managers and internal departments
Provide guidance and system training to managers, deputy managers, and timesheet approvers
Respond effectively to day‑to‑day client and contractor queries
Monitor customer and candidate satisfaction survey results and share insights with key stakeholders
Support regular service reviews by preparing MI, data, and performance reporting
Actively contribute to improving processes and service deliveryReporting, MI & Compliance
Produce weekly and monthly MI for account teams and clients
Take an active role in presenting MI and insights during internal meetings
Monitor exception reports daily, working with the wider team to reduce issues and manage escalations
Maintain preferred supplier documentation and ensure ongoing compliance
Monitor Right to Work documentation throughout contract duration where delivered outside the central BCS function
Manage change and issue requests with VMS providersContinuous Improvement & Commercial Awareness
Provide recommendations to improve MSP performance, efficiency, and client satisfaction
Support fulfilment, quality of service, cost of delivery, and compliance through KPI and SLA monitoring
Represent the business professionally and positively at all timesSkills, Experience & Background
Essential:
Experience working within a service delivery or workforce solutions environment
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Experience within the recruitment industry, ideally in an MSP, RPO, supplier, or client‑side model
Proven ability to operate in a highly service‑driven, process‑led environment
Confident building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Strong system proficiency and comfort working with VMS and reporting toolsHighly Desirable:
Background within an MSP or contingent labour model
Strong understanding of contract workforce managementWorking Pattern & Travel
This role is primarily home‑based, however regular UK travel is required to support client sites, stakeholder meetings, and service reviews
