Whats the role?
Youll be the link between Barnardos Works Highland and local employers, creating work experience and job opportunities for young people aged .
Your mission
* Connect & create - build strong relationships with employers and turn them into real opportunities.
* Know your patch - understand the local job market and what makes it tick.
* Champion young people - support them into placements, jobs, and apprenticeships that stick.
* Organise & energise - from networking events to job clubs, youll make things happen.
If youve got great people skills, a knack for networking, and the drive to make things happen, we want to hear from you. Experience in employability or youth work? Brilliant. But if youve got the passion and the skills to connect employers with young people, thats what matters most.
