We're on the lookout for a friendly and reliable Administrative Assistant to support our Sales, Revenue, and Conference teams. This role is the heartbeat of our back-office operations – and we need someone who loves variety, teamwork, and a little bit of organised chaos
About the Role:
As a Hotel Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with general office administration and data entry for all revenue activities
* Supporting the sales and conference team with client enquiries and booking details
* Preparing internal documents such as reports and function sheets
* Liaising with other hotel departments to ensure smooth coordination of meetings and events
* Processing deposits on all bookings/reservations
This is a varied role perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of admin work and communication.
What We're Looking For:
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
* A professional, friendly manner and a team-player attitude
* Previous experience in an office or hospitality admin role is a plus (but not essential)
