Senior Chiller Technician - Industrial / Commercial

A highly respected, family-owned industrial services provider is expanding its Houston team and is seeking experienced Industrial and Commercial Chiller Technicians to support continued growth across large-scale refrigeration and process facilities.
The Role
You will work on complex, large-scale chiller and refrigeration systems across industrial facilities including cold storage, distribution centres, and process-driven environments.
The company values technicians who follow established processes, work safely, and deliver consistent, high-quality results.
What They're Looking For
8-20 years of experience as an Industrial or Commercial Chiller Technician
Strong experience with:
Chillers, compressors, and cascade systems
Large refrigerant and rack systems.
Ammonia experience strongly preferred.
RETA certification a plus.
Background across industries such as:
Chemical, fluid, gas, oil
Plastics, PCB, food & beverage
Experience in cold storage, large refrigerant facilities, or distribution centres.
A process-driven mindset - comfortable following established procedures rather than working ad hoc.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive hourly pay: $55-$65 per hour (door-to-door)
Daily per diem: 16/day
