Are you an experienced Business Process Manager, CRM Project Manager or Transformation Lead looking to take ownership of a high-impact CRM implementation?
We’re working with a well-established UK organisation embarking on a major transformation project to implement a new CRM system across Sales, Marketing and Service functions.
They’re looking for a senior, hands-on professional to lead process design and support the successful delivery of the system.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Lead process mapping workshops to capture current and future-state workflows
* Identify inefficiencies and drive improvements across business processes
* Translate business requirements into clear deliverables for implementation
* Support the end-to-end delivery of a new CRM system
* Work closely with internal stakeholders and external implementation partners
* Drive user adoption and ensure alignment with new ways of working
What You’ll Bring:
* Strong experience in CRM implementation or transformation projects
* Strong background in business process mapping and workshop facilitation
* Ability to operate across both Business Analysis and Project Management
* Excellent stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams
* Experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot or similar)
