As a Key Account Manager at Index, you will take full ownership of a portfolio of retained key accounts, acting as the strategic lead and trusted partner across their entire hiring function. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role focused on delivering exceptional service, driving account performance, and building a best-in-class delivery team.

* Experience recruiting into professional services (advantageous)
* High personal standards with strong attention to detail and accountability
* Commercially minded with an understanding of revenue, margin, and account

* Strong reporting and performance-monitoring capability
